Lucille Chadwick

Lucille Chadwick is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and quality assurance within the materials science field. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Roush since September 2021, Lucille previously held positions at IMRA America, Inc. as a Quality Engineer developing a Quality Management System for ISO13485:2016 certification, and at Oerlikon as a Process Engineer focused on powdered alloy production. Prior roles also include experience at Alcoa as a Process Engineer and Product Metallurgist. Lucille's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science Engineering with a biomedical concentration from Michigan State University, where involvement in research and the Biomedical Engineering Society was notable.
