Russell Attwood is an experienced executive with a strong background in technology and communications. As the Chief Executive Officer of Route 101 Ltd. since January 2013, Russell leads a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional client support and promoting the benefits of unified communications through innovative AI-powered SaaS platforms. Prior to this, Russell served as ITS Sales Director at Capita from May 2011 to June 2012, where involvement in a strategic business transformation helped consolidate operations and enhance sales efficiency. Russell founded CCT in 1995, growing it into a market leader in AVAYA Unified Communications and Contact Centre Technology Solutions before its acquisition by Capita. Russell began a career in sales at RPL Telecommunications from 1990 to 1995 and received education at Colstons School in Bristol, England.
