Rachel Ruff Schrader is a highly skilled Software Engineer Manager and Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in leading and developing software projects. Currently at Route since March 2019, Rachel manages the Web Experience team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue-generating products. Previous roles include Software Engineer II and Software Engineer at Route, where Rachel contributed to a diverse range of projects involving web applications, infrastructure setup, and backend services.
