Edward Torpoco

Edward Torpoco serves as the VP & Deputy General Counsel at Rover.com since August 2022, overseeing the company's legal operations, budget, and various legal functions, including international support and intellectual property. Prior positions include Managing Counsel for Technology Transactions & Product at Walmart, directing legal support for e-commerce compliance, and serving as a Superior Court Judge in California, presiding over numerous trials. Edward held multiple legal roles at eBay, including Head of Cross-Border Commerce Legal Team, focusing on international business expansion, and has experience as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice. Edward earned a JD from Harvard Law School and a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University.
