Walter Ruddy

Walter Ruddy is an experienced finance and strategy executive, currently serving as VP of Corporate Development and Strategy at Rover.com since May 2022, also holding the title of VP of Investor Relations and Capital Markets. Prior to this, Walter was Head of Investor Relations and Treasury at Porch Group for a brief period in 2021. Walter's career includes significant roles at J.P. Morgan from 2014 to 2021, where contributions were made as Executive Director and Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group. Earlier experience encompasses an MBA Summer Associate role at BlackBern Partners LLC and a Reinsurance Broker position at Aon Benfield from 2007 to 2012, where expertise in statistical and catastrophe models was applied. Additionally, Walter served as Co-Director of Individual Fundraising at Minds Matter and worked as a Campaign Aide for Mike McGavick's US Senate campaign. Walter holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics from the University of Washington.
