Dominic Conte has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dominic started their career in 2014 with Invacare Corporation, where they gained experience in New Product Development and Sustaining Engineering. Dominic worked on R&D testing, complaint reviews, product buildup/tear down/rework, and product transfer/reinstatement/obsolescence. Dominic also gained familiarity with FDA QSR and ISO standards of design during this time.

In 2015, Dominic worked as a Research Assistant at The University of Akron, where they performed and helped design experiments related to bone mechanobiology and cell culture. Dominic developed skills in sterile technique, mechanical testing, light microscopy, and general laboratory practices.

In 2016, Dominic joined Cleveland Clinic / Prevent Biometrics as a Project Engineer. Here, they collaborated with a team to develop the Prevent single event head impact monitor in the form of a mouth guard. Dominic developed methodologies for accelerometer calibration, false positive detection algorithm, and true impact data analysis. Dominic also conducted field data collections with athletes across the country in various sports.

From 2018 to 2019, Dominic worked at Inspyre Health Systems as a Quality Engineer. Their responsibilities included working towards establishing a QMS compliant with FDA's QSR and ISO 13485/14971 for a new medical device company in the oxygen concentrator industry. Dominic was also in charge of incoming quality inspections on received shipments.

Most recently, Dominic joined RoviSys in 2019 as a Systems Engineer. Additional information about their roles at this company was not provided.
