Currently serving as the COO, VP Operations, and VP People & Culture at Rowden Technologies, Ellie previously worked as a People Experience (HR) Consultant at Rocko and held managerial positions at Friska. Ellie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Durham University, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England, and is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
