We also have a team of dual-qualified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) consultants, all elected Members (or Fellows) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Charted Institute of Arbitrators. This allows us to deal with every aspect of the dispute resolution process, from assisting in negotiations to managing more formal processes such as mediation, adjudication and arbitration. We can act as your advocate or provide testimony in adjudication, arbitration or litigation proceedings as an independent expert witness.
