Alan Lockwood

Alan Lockwood is a seasoned professional in quantity surveying and commercial management, currently serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the Leeds Flood Alleviation Scheme at Royal BAM Group nv since October 2022. With a robust background in the construction and engineering industries, previous roles include Commercial Manager at Balfour Beatty plc, Costain Group PLC, and A-one+, as well as Senior Quantity Surveyor at Carillion, where responsibilities included overseeing significant projects such as the refurbishment of the runway at RAF Waddington. Earlier experience encompasses project quantity surveying roles at Spencer Group and May Gurney, managing various infrastructure schemes for Network Rail. Alan Lockwood holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost Management from Nottingham Trent University, further complemented by earlier education at Loughborough University.
