Lauri-Anne Duchaine

Lauri-Anne Duchaine currently serves as Knowledge Lead in Strategy and Transformation Services at RBC since February 2021. Prior to this role, Lauri-Anne held various positions at PwC from March 2006 to June 2019, including Senior Manager of Tax Knowledge Management & Innovation, Knowledge Manager for Private Company Services, and Portal Content Manager. Additionally, Lauri-Anne worked as an Information Consultant while self-employed from 1997 to 2009 and served as Director of the Hospital Library at Brantford General Hospital from 2005 to 2006. Lauri-Anne holds a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, both from Western University.
