Prior to this role, Rouse held the position of Senior Vice President Operations at Western Global Airlines from November 2021 to December 2023, and also served as Director of Network Control Center. Rouse's experience includes a tenure at Hawaiian Airlines as Managing Director of the System Operations Control Center from May 2018 to November 2021, and Director of Transportation at Skyline Hawaii from August 2017 to May 2018. Earlier roles at ExpressJet Airlines from June 2011 to May 2017 encompassed Director of Operations Support Center, General Manager of Operations Control Center, and General Manager of OCC Strategy and Programs. Rouse earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Technical Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between January 1991 and January 1996.
