Juan Rodriguez, MBA, currently serves as the Lead for Communications HR at Royal Caribbean Group since June 2022. In addition to this role, Juan has been the Director of Marketing Communications at Molto Crescendo since January 2020. Previously, a substantial portion of Juan's career was spent at Ryder System, Inc., where responsibilities included roles such as Sr. Marketing Manager for Customer Experience, Sr. Manager for Sponsorships & Event Marketing, Corporate Communications Manager, Financial Consultant focusing on Corporate Development & Strategy, and Analyst for Diversity & Inclusion from December 2003 to January 2020. Juan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Professional Administration from Barry University.
