Nick Malhotra is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, ethics, and litigation. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Global Compliance & Ethics at Royal Caribbean Group since May 2023, Nick has previously held key positions such as AGC and Head of Global Litigation, Employment, Ethics & Compliance at Sensata Technologies, and Assistant General Counsel leading Ethics & Compliance for Asia-Pacific and the Middle East at Philip Morris International Management LLC. Earlier in the career, litigation expertise was honed at Arnold & Porter as a Senior Litigation Associate and at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP as a Litigation Associate. Nick's academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, a Master's degree from Harvard University, and a Bachelor's degree from Brown University, complemented by further studies at Harvard Law School.
