Since September 2000, Ravi has served as a Senior Shipboard Recruiter for Royal Caribbean International, successfully recruiting over 3,000 candidates across various brands, while also leading scheduling efforts for Celebrity Cruises for three years. Prior to this, Ravi held significant roles at Celebrity Cruises and Carnival Cruise Lines, including Team Leader and Chief Housekeeper, respectively. Ravi's educational background includes an MBA in Hotel and Management from Johnson & Wales University and a degree in Hotel Management with a focus on Hospitality and Tourism.
