Usman Baig-Ali

Usman Baig-Ali possesses extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Vice Principal and Deputy Head Teacher at Royal Group LLC since August 2019. Prior roles include Head Teacher and Deputy Head at GEMS Education from January 2016 to August 2019, as well as Director at Community on Solid Ground from 2009 to August 2019. Additional experience includes Assistant Head Teacher and SFA Facilitator at Manchester City Council (2013-2015), self-employed roles at Professional Tuition (2012-2015), and active involvement in the National Union of Teachers and Manchester Teachers Association, including serving as Vice-Chair of the Young Teachers Advisory Committee and President, respectively. Usman Baig-Ali is pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Chester and holds multiple qualifications in senior leadership and psychology of education, alongside a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
