Marwan Abu Shanab has worked as a flight manager at Royal Jordanian since September 2011, where Marwan evaluates employee performance and communicates customer needs. Prior to this, Marwan was a virtual help-desk officer at Zain from January 2007 to August 2011, handling technical support and data entry. Marwan also has experience as a sales man at Yishen from January 2006 to December 2007. Marwan holds a Master of Arts in English language and literature from Middle East University, a Certificate in Customer Care from the Management Executive Training Institute of Canada, and a Bachelor's degree in applied English from Jordan University.
