Previously, Samman worked as the General Manager at Samman Consulting where Samer provided consulting services for major tourism companies in Jordan. Prior to that, Samman held positions at USAID Jordan Economic Development Program and Jordan Upgrading & Modernisation Programme, where Samer managed development projects and conducted pre-diagnostic visits for enterprises. Samman holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering/Engineering Management from Jordan University.
