Alexandra Fattal is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both residential and commercial sectors. Currently serving as a Residential & Commercial Real Estate Broker at Royal LePage since March 2019, Alexandra also manages a portfolio of 150 residential and commercial properties at Occidental Group, maintaining a 100% occupancy rate over four years. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Project Manager at La Machinerie Condominiums, where responsibilities involved overseeing marketing, project development, and client coordination for a 50-unit condo project, as well as administrative support at Bourget Capital Inc. and sales at GUESS?, Inc. Alexandra holds a Commercial Real Estate Broker degree from Collège de l'immobilier du Québec and a Residential Real Estate Broker degree from Collège LaSalle, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University.
