Ninian le Blanc Mbe

Ninian Le Blanc MBE, PJK, FCMI has extensive experience in the field of HR and management consultancy. From 2012, they have been working as an HR & Management Consultant at Le Blanc Consultancy. Prior to this, they held a variety of roles at Royal Mail, including Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Programme Director, and Head of Operations. Ninian was responsible for devising and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies, ensuring compliance with equal opportunities legislation, and representing Royal Mail Group at external bodies dealing with equal opportunities issues. Additionally, they served as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Royal Mail Group from 2005 to 2006.

Ninian Le Blanc MBE, PJK, FCMI obtained a BA in Social Sciences from The Open University between 1981 and 1984.
