Paul Haden

Paul Haden has extensive experience with Royal Mail, having held various leadership roles since January 2009. Currently serving as Operations Manager, Paul has also held positions such as 2c Outward Lead and DSA Operational Lead. Prior to the current tenure, Paul was the World Class Mail F.I Pillar Lead and contributed in other roles, including Executive Assistant and Process Work Area Manager, demonstrating a strong background in operational management and process improvement within the organization.
