Patrick O'Neill, Ph.D, is an experienced organizational psychologist and educator with a focus on organizational development, employee well-being, and strategic human resource management. Currently serving as Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University since June 2019, Patrick has extensive consulting experience with numerous public and private sector organizations, including UNICEF and the United Nations. Patrick's expertise encompasses leadership development, executive coaching, and corporate training, delivering interactive workshops on several topics, such as employee engagement and resilience at work. Previously, Patrick held the position of Program Director for the M.A. in Organizational Psychology at Adler University and has taught at various institutions, including Carleton University. Patrick has a strong academic background, holding a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Curtin University, complemented by active memberships in several professional organizations related to psychology and human resources.
