Sarah Cumbers Msc

Sarah Cumbers MSc PhD serves as the Chief Executive at the Royal Statistical Society, a leading organization dedicated to promoting the significance of statistics and data since September 2023. In addition, Sarah holds the position of Chair at The Evidence Quarter and previously worked as the Director of Evidence and Insight at Lloyd's Register Foundation from September 2019 to September 2023. With an extensive background at NICE - National Institute for Health and Care Excellence from July 2003 to September 2019, Sarah advanced through various roles, including Programme Director for Transformation and Associate Director for Guidance Development and Information Services. Sarah Cumbers earned a Master of Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Immunology from the University of Cambridge.
