Stephan Nickelsen

Stephan Nickelsen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Stephan is currently the Head of Group Learning & Development and Strategic HR Business Partner Group Functions at Royal Unibrew, a position they have held since October 2021. Before joining Royal Unibrew, Stephan worked at BAT as a Nordic HR Business Partner from October 2020 to October 2021, where they supported country managers and facilitated talent reviews and leadership development. Prior to that, they worked at A.P. Moller - Maersk from 2016 to 2020 in various roles, including Talent & Development Partnering and Talent Specialist. Stephan also has experience in HR Compensation & Benefits at Coop Danmark, as well as in recruitment and consulting at Markman Recruitment & Outplacement. Before their career in HR, they served in the military and achieved the highest degree.

Stephan Nickelsen has a diverse education history. Stephan obtained a Master of Social Science degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Roskilde Universitet from 2011 to 2014. Stephan completed their secondary education at Støvring Gymnasium, where they obtained an STX degree between 2006 and 2009. Additionally, Stephan has obtained several certifications, including SHL, Insights, and Hogan Assessment, from SHL, Insights, and Hogan Assessments respectively, in various years.
