Kimsong SAO is an experienced ICT professional currently serving as an ICT Specialist at the Ministry of Economy and Finance since February 2024, while also teaching IT Engineering as an instructor at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. Prior to these roles, Kimsong held positions such as Senior Manager for Non-Core Applications and Integrations at Amret MFI, and Supervisor of Web Development at Chip Mong Group. Kimsong's earlier career included significant roles at blue Technology as a Senior ERP Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, as well as an Assistant IT Lecturer at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in IT Engineering with a focus on Big Data, Data Science, and Data Analytics, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, both from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.

The Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) is Cambodia’s oldest and one of the largest public universities. It hosts more than 12,000 scholarship and full-fee paying students, across a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
