Prior to this role, Vincent held positions at Bunge Loders Croklaan from March 2018 to April 2021, leading global transformation initiatives and serving as CFO after the acquisition of Loders Croklaan. Vincent's experience includes several senior finance roles at Loders Croklaan B.V. from 2009 to 2018, and at Philips from 2000 to 2009, where responsibilities covered various aspects of financial management, strategic initiatives, and operational efficiencies across multiple regions. Vincent began a career at Ernst & Young as a certified public auditor from 1995 to 2000. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Economics from Maastricht University and additional postgraduate qualifications in Certified Public Auditing and Certified Management Accounting.
