Diego Filipetto is a highly experienced Project Development Manager specializing in wind energy, currently overseeing the development of over 200 GW of wind projects in Italy at RP Global since November 2022. Prior to this role, Diego worked at Saipem from June 2019 to November 2022, contributing as a Renewables Engineer with significant involvement in the AGNES Project, and executing macro/micrositing, wind resource assessments, and techno-economic optimization. Diego also served as an Environmental Engineer, creating tools for carbon footprint estimation and conducting environmental risk assessments. Diego holds a Master of Science in Energy Engineering for Development and a Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
