Mr. Schmit joined RPC from SWM International, where he served as Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Chart Industries. Mr. Schmit began his career at Ernst & Young and worked for other private and public companies, both in the U.S. and Australia. Mr. Schmit holds a CPA certification as well as several other related professional designations. He is also the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Marine Products Corporation. Mr. Schmit has a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Nebraska.
