William W. Moriarty

William (Bill) W. Moriarty, CFA, has extensive experience in finance and investment management, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Asset Liability Committee at HOOPP since January 2022. Additional roles include being a Member of the Board of Trustees for The Michael and Sonja Koerner Charitable Foundation, an Advisor for Canadian Overseas Investments Limited and RPIA, and an Advisory Board Member for CTM Medical Inc. and Tundra Process Solutions Ltd. Since 2011, Moriarty has held significant positions at Invesco Canada, including Chair of the Independent Review Committee and Chair of the Fund Advisory Board. Previously, Moriarty was President & CEO of the University of Toronto Asset Management Corp from 2008 to 2016. Educational qualifications include degrees in Economics from the University of Toronto and the University of Chicago, along with completion of the Board Effectiveness Program at the Rotman School of Management.
