Lilia Soper has a diverse work experience. Lilia started their career at CROSSMARK LatAm in 2013 as a Supervisor. In 2017, they joined RPM as a Track and Trace Representative and later moved up to become a Customer Operations Representative. Lilia then took on the role of Customer Operations Manager, where they provided leadership, made important decisions, and implemented operational policies and procedures. Most recently, they became the Director of Operations Vehicle at RPM. Their expertise in logistics and supply chain solutions has contributed to RPM's growth and recognition in the industry.
Lilia Soper attended Universidad del Valle de México from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a degree in International Marketing. Additionally, they pursued their education at Walden University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Business Administration and Management.
