Rich Rowan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems architecture and operations. Currently serving as a Sr. IT Operations Engineer at RPM since April 2022, Rich previously held the position of Lead Systems Architect at iwerk from July 2015 to April 2022, where responsibilities included strategic IT planning and network support for various enterprises and organizations. Prior to that, Rich co-founded eLief Web Hosting, which successfully acquired over 1000 customers across 15 countries, demonstrating expertise in strategic marketing and growth strategies. Rich has also worked as a Technical Engineer, focusing on project implementation and advanced troubleshooting within complex IT environments.
