Currently serving as a Construction Site Safety Manager/Trainer at RQ Construction, LLC since November 2023, Mikko has previously held significant roles as SSHO at Spectrum CMI Inc. and EHS Safety Manager at South Coast Welding. Notable contributions include developing safety plans, conducting safety audits, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various organizations, such as Adroit Energy and South Coast Welding. Additionally, Mikko's early career included roles in security and technical theater, providing a diverse skill set in safety and operational oversight. Educated at San Diego City College, Mikko has continued to enhance expertise in stage management and technical theater since 2006.
