Prakash Karthik

Prakash Karthik is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Services Analyst at RR Donnelley since June 2007, Prakash has advanced expertise in providing Tier 3 support, automating software application deployments, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Prior roles include Technical Support Analyst and Technical Support Engineer at RR Donnelley, as well as a Technologist IT at Trishul Computer System Ltd, where Prakash was responsible for advanced troubleshooting and vendor collaboration. Earlier experience as a Systems Engineer at SISI involved installation and maintenance of operating systems and hardware systems.
