As a Council Member for the Society for Underwater Technology and a Steering Committee Member for the Marine Measurement Forum, Stemp contributes to networking and educational initiatives within the marine technology community. Previous roles include Advisory Council Member for the Society of Maritime Industries and Regional Partnerships Director at KBT & WasteWatch. Educational qualifications include a Goldman Sachs 10KSB program at Saïd Business School, Executive Education at Imperial College Business School, an MSc in Environmental Monitoring & Management from the University of Plymouth, and a BSc in Marine Biology & Oceanography from Bangor University.
