Alison Meale

Alison Meale is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in people services and operations. Currently serving as Director of People Services & Operations and Head of People Relations at RSA since July 2018, Alison previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Prudential UK & Europe from February 2014, where contributions included partnering with various departments and leading the Diversity & Inclusion agenda. Alison's career at Prudential included roles such as Colleague Engagement Manager, responsible for enhancing colleague experiences, and Colleague Brand Manager, focusing on employer brand alignment. With a foundational background in employee relations and HR consulting at Prudential Assurance, Alison has been instrumental in developing people policies and strategies over a career that spans several decades. Alison holds a degree in MCIPD from Sir James Altham, earned between 1980 and 1985.
