Christian Coletta is an experienced business development professional in the insurance sector, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at RSA Luxembourg since January 2024. Throughout a career at RSA since March 2014, Christian has held various leadership roles including Country Managing Director, Chief Sales Officer - Europe, and interim management positions. Prior experience includes senior roles at Telefónica S.A. and XL Insurance, where Christian was instrumental in managing business development and client relationships across Iberia, and handled claims across multiple lines of business. Christian holds multiple degrees in Insurance and Risk Management from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca and a law degree from Universidad del Zulia.
