Ollie Holden

Ollie Holden is an experienced Chief Information Officer currently serving at RSA since February 2022, where responsibilities include leading the transformation of the company following an acquisition. Previously, Ollie held executive positions at The AA, contributing to a successful turnaround and public-private sale, and at Project One, where a consulting business line was established. As Chief Delivery Officer at TalkTalk, Ollie improved software delivery processes and changed partner relationships. Ollie also served as Group Change Delivery Director at LV=, overseeing significant technology and digital transformations. Ollie's career began at Accenture, where multiple roles included senior management in consulting. In addition to a strong professional background, Ollie fulfilled a personal ambition by sailing across the Atlantic with family. Ollie holds a first-class BSc(Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Southampton.
