Roger Burns

Roger Burns is an experienced Strategic Project Manager with a focus on Supply Chain, having served at RS Components since August 2008. Initially responsible for leading various strategic programmes, Roger's role evolved to encompass major Supply Chain Programmes, including Transport Optimisation and Global WMS Strategy. Prior to this, Roger effectively managed concurrent strategic projects, overseeing a team of Project Managers. Notable achievements include shaping and executing a significant transformation programme for global product mastering systems and enhancing Information and Cyber Security capabilities across the organization. Previous experience includes roles at Marval Software Limited and Johnson Diversey Inc, where project management and stakeholder engagement were key responsibilities. Roger's educational background includes attendance at Latimer Arts College from 1987 to 1994.
