Blair Borer

Blair Borer is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in proposal management and pursuit strategies. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Proposal Manager at RS&H since February 2023, Blair previously held the position of Senior Pursuit Specialist at RK&K from May 2018 to February 2023.
