Eric Brauer is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax management and legal counsel. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Manager at RSM since August 2023, Eric previously held roles at RSM US LLP as a Tax Manager from January 2021. Prior to that, Eric worked at Deloitte Tax, LLP as a Manager from May 2016 to December 2020, and served as an Attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel - Corporate from March 2013 to April 2016, addressing private letter rulings and corporate tax issues. Eric's earlier experience includes working as an Attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel - Income Tax & Accounting, a Clerk for the Southern District Court of Indiana, and an Intern at the Indiana Board of Tax Review. Eric holds a Tax LL.M from Georgetown University Law Center and a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, alongside a degree from Butler University - Lacy School of Business.
