Troy Cardinal

Troy Cardinal is a Principal and Chief Information Officer at RSM US LLP, responsible for leading technology strategy and operations across multiple countries. As Office Managing Partner of the Minneapolis office, Troy oversees approximately 400 professionals, focusing on local culture, diversity, inclusion, and community engagement. Previously, Troy served on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of the North for three terms, including as chair of the Audit Committee. Troy's extensive career includes various director roles at KPMG US, specializing in technology and advisory services, as well as key positions at Jefferson Wells, Deloitte & Touche, and Dain Rauscher, with foundational experience as a Business Technology Analyst and IT Security Consultant. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is recognized as a proud alumni and member of the 2020 Unity Hall of Fame from Unity High School.
