Thames Fulton is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in board recruiting, corporate governance consulting, and succession planning. Currently serving as Managing Director at RSR Partners since March 2015, Thames specializes in board dynamics and governance for both directors and CEOs. Prior to this role, Thames was the Managing Partner at Cook Associates, where Thames built the Board Advisory Services practice, focusing on director recruitment and governance consulting for a diverse range of clients, including FORTUNE 500 companies. Thames has also held key positions at Heidrick & Struggles and Russell Reynolds Associates, concentrating on board analysis and director engagements. Early career experiences include market research and project management roles, combined with impactful service as a Peace Corps volunteer in Senegal. Thames holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Philosophy from Georgetown University.
