Adriano Gambi has extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic management, currently serving as Corporate Governance Manager at RTBF since January 2017, responsible for the strategic plan "RTBF 2027," transformation processes, and governance structure coordination. Gambi has also held various roles at ONDRAF/NIRAS from 2011 to 2016, including positions in the Strategy Department and as Communication & Stakeholder Management Officer, focusing on project management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change. Earlier experience includes a traineeship at the European Commission in 2009. Gambi holds multiple Master's degrees, including one in Technological and Industrial Management from Solvay Brussels School, European Studies from Université libre de Bruxelles, and Translation from ISTI, with an Erasmus period at the University of Roehampton. Additionally, Gambi is actively involved in numerous professional committees, including the European Broadcasting Union and Public Broadcasters International.

Radio Télévision Belge Francophone (RTBF) is the public broadcasting organization of the French Community of Belgium, the southern, French-speaking part of Belgium. RTBF operates four television channels – La Une, La Deux, La Trois and Arte Belgique – together with a number of radio channels, La Première, RTBF International, VivaCité, Musiq3, Classic 21, and PureFM.
