Marie-Paule Lemmens has had a diverse work experience at RTBF. Marie-Paule started their career in 1998 as a Radio Host and worked in this role until 2006. After that, they transitioned to Television and worked as a Production Assistant and Section Editor until 2010. From 2010 to 2018, they served as a Portal Manager, responsible for web content and social media. Most recently, they have been the Head of App and Website at RTBF.be since September 2018.
Marie-Paule Lemmens began their education in 1987 at saint-roch Ferrières, where they pursued their Diplôme d'humanités Supérieures until 1993. Later, in 1996, they attended Ichec Brussels Management School and completed their Graduat en communication degree in 1999, specializing in the field of Communication.

Radio Télévision Belge Francophone (RTBF) is the public broadcasting organization of the French Community of Belgium, the southern, French-speaking part of Belgium. RTBF operates four television channels – La Une, La Deux, La Trois and Arte Belgique – together with a number of radio channels, La Première, RTBF International, VivaCité, Musiq3, Classic 21, and PureFM.
