Julian Schwarze has a diverse and extensive work experience. Julian started their career as the founder of a company from 1997 to 2000. After that, they worked as an Executive Assistant at OWL-Online GmbH & Co KG from 2000 to 2001. Julian then joined Gruner + Jahr GmbH in 2005 and held various roles including Project Manager, Head of Consulting, and IT Director until May 2022. Currently, Julian is working at RTL Deutschland, where they have held the positions of Vice President Advertising Technology & Projects from May 2022 to July 2023 and Vice President (VP) Advertising & Customer Technology since July 2023.
Julian Schwarze has a diverse education history. In 2001, they started their studies at Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn and completed their degree in Business Informatics in 2005, earning a Diplom. In 2003 and 2004, they attended the University of Warsaw and obtained a certificate in the International Business Program. In 2017, they participated in a Senior Management Program at ESMT Berlin, earning another certificate. Julian further expanded their knowledge in 2018 and 2019 by completing a certificate program in Senior IT Management at Esade. Most recently, in 2022, they completed a certificate program in Data Science Principles from Harvard Business School Online.
