Tim Hauschildt began their career at PwC Deutschland in 2000 as a Senior Consultant. Tim then moved on to Mercer in 2004, where they worked as a Consultant for two years. In 2006, Hauschildt joined LANXESS and held various roles including Corporate Accounting - Special Projects, HR Manager, Head of Human Resource Brazil, HR Services Germany, and Head of Total Rewards. Tim'smost recent position was at RTL Deutschland, where they served as the Director of Compensation, Benefits & Tools starting in September 2023.

Tim Hauschildt completed their education in sequential order. Tim attended Itzehoer Versicherung from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Versicherungskaufmann. Later, they enrolled at Fachhochschule Köln from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) with a field of study in Versicherungswesen.
