Our events are located in major cities throughout the country – LA, Austin, San Diego, Miami, Chicago, DC, etc..Our team travels together which is a truly unique experience, different from “traditional” work travel, which in turn cultivates interdepartmental relationships and friendships that drive our collaborative culture.

About the Role

RTM is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about nurturing client relationships and professional development. You will report to the Manager of Customer Success and focus on managing our premier partnerships, upselling our products and ensuring all clients are seeing maximum returns in their investments. We offer extensive, ongoing training and a unique opportunity for both collaborative and independent work.

This role is Hybrid in NY, NJ and CT with 1-2 days a week in the office.
