Brian Gumbko

Brian Gumbko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development within the thermoplastic elastomer industry. Currently serving as Global TPE Market Manager at RTP Company since June 2017, Brian oversees all commercial sales, OEM business development, and marketing activities for the Thermoplastic Elastomers Business Unit on a global scale. Previous roles include Sales Manager and Automotive Sealing Manager at Mitsubishi Chemical Group, Business Development Manager at Amco Polymers, and Owner of Shred Docs, a business acquired by Cintas. Brian has also held positions such as Distribution Manager TPE for the Americas at DSM, Senior Account Manager at Ashland, and Regional Account Manager at Chem Polymer Corp., showcasing a strong background in sales management across various U.S. regions. Brian earned a B.S. in Plastics Engineering from Ferris State University.
