Preetam Prabhu has over 20 years of work experience in the aviation industry. Preetam started their career at Jet Airways, where they worked as a Crew Resource & Schedule Planner and Rostering specialist for over 10 years. During their time at Jet Airways, they were responsible for roster optimization, pairing optimization, and crew resource planning. Preetam also handled project implementation and cost management.
In 2012, Preetam joined IBS Software Services as a Principal Consultant, where they worked until 2014. Preetam'srole at IBS involved providing consulting services in various areas such as crewing system implementation, business implementation study, change management, and management scorecard.
From 2014 to 2017, Preetam worked at SHEOREY DIGITAL SYSTEMS PVT. LTD. (SDS) as a Consultant for airline systems. In this role, they provided consulting services in core crewing process consulting, flight operations automation consulting, and commercial planning for various operations.
In 2017, Preetam joined GoAir as a Senior Manager for Pilot Roster Planning, where they stayed until 2019. Preetam'sresponsibilities at GoAir included pilot roster planning and interacting with the crew.
Most recently, Preetam Prabhu has been working at Revenue Technology Services as a Sales Director since 2019.
Preetam Prabhu completed an MBA in Human Resources from the MET Institute of Management Studies from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a BCOM degree in Commerce from the Institute of Distance Education Mumbai University, which they attended from 1994 to 1997.
