Jerry Pauly

Jerry Pauly has over 17 years of work experience in various roles and industries.

Jerry started their career at General Motors in 2002, where they held multiple roles including Group Manager. In this role, they managed a large team and facilitated complex technical processes for rebuilding the maintenance department. Jerry also planned and implemented system modernization projects and created interactive GUI for analysis of plant floor sensor data.

After their tenure at General Motors, they worked as a Process Engineer at FANUC Robotics from 2004 to 2006. In this role, they were responsible for customer interaction and software implementation for advanced industrial robots. Jerry worked with different cultures, customized robotic applications based on customer specifications, and programmed Visual Basic GUIs, PLC ladder logic, and C control software.

Jerry then joined SEEGRID in 2007 as a Test Engineer for a brief period before becoming a Student at Carnegie Mellon University. Jerry proceeded to work at Nokomis Inc as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2011. In this role, they oversaw the entire development lifecycle of cutting-edge technology and managed a team of software and hardware engineers. Jerry successfully secured a National Science Foundation Phase I Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) contract and managed a $2 million budget.

From 2011 to 2017, Jerry worked at Allegheny Health Network as a Manager - EHR Reporting. Jerry led a team of Epic Report Writers, created integrated reports, and performed Business Intelligence data mining of large-scale medical information. Jerry was also certified in Epic Cogito Project Manager, Reporting Workbench Administrator, and Radar Administrator. Additionally, they served as a project manager for implementations of various medical systems.

Most recently, Jerry worked at VillageMD from 2017 to 2019 as a Senior Manager.

Jerry is currently working as a Salesforce Developer at RTS Labs, starting from September 2019.

Jerry Pauly obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering and Technology Innovation Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering at The University of Kansas from 1998 to 2002. In terms of additional certifications, Jerry Pauly obtained the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification from Salesforce in January 2020 and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification in December 2019. Additionally, they hold the Epic EMR - Cogito Coordinator certification from Epic, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
