Amanda Balboni

Amanda Balboni, CPA, currently serves as Senior Director of Order to Cash at RTX since January 2023. Prior to this, Amanda held various roles at Kaman Specialty Bearings & Engineered Products, including VP of Finance, and at Kaman Corporation, with positions ranging from AVP Internal Audit to Manager of Internal Audit, focusing on SOX audits and financial control assessments. Amanda’s earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Controller at Coburn Technologies, Inc., Senior Accountant at Stanley Black & Decker, and Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, managing audits and financial reporting. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting, from the University of Connecticut, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Ambrose University.
